Need some inspiration before you order? How about these super simple Sausage Stuffed Peppers?

Need a deal? The Italian Sausage is on sale for only $5.20/lb!

Ingredients
1 lb TF's No-Weird-Stuff Italian Sausage
Mini Sweet Peppers (about 24 ounces, if you get too many, slice and use on salad or if you get too few cook up the extra sausage and mix into the pasta sauce)
24 oz jar of Pasta Sauce
2 cups (or more!) Mozzarella Cheese

Instructions
Cut the tops off the peppers and stuff with the uncooked Italian sausage (no need to take the seeds out of the peppers). Place the stuffed peppers in the slow cooker and cover with pasta sauce. Cook on low for 6 - 8 hours. Once done, top with mozzarella cheese and cook for an additional 10 mins or until melted (longer if you like the edges of your cheese a little burnt/crispy).

Serve over spaghetti noodles, zoodles, spaghetti squash or just eat them right out of the slow cooker like we did at the freezer meal workshop! Shameless plug for the workshop on the 20th!

Want to really kick-butt and love your future self? Double the recipe and freeze a batch of the stuffed peppers for the future. Simply place the stuffed peppers in a gallon-sized freezer bag and add the pasta sauce if you want or keep that in the pantry until the day you cook, label the bag with the recipe name and cooking instructions (Low for 6-8 hours, top with 2 cups of mozzarella cheese and cook 10 min longer). You can freeze the cheese in a separate bag or make a note on the label to have it on hand for cook day.

We are doing our best to get you great meat at a price we can all afford and in the most convenient way possible - thanks for all your support, in whatever form works for you. I am also in the throes of planning out our 2019 Burger Night events so be excited it's all coming together phenomenally well!

Also, please notice how few words there were in this email! Guess I'm crushing my 2019 goals - hope you are too
! :)

Lots of Love!
Stephanie
